We have streamlined the process of planning your menu. As soon as we know your preferred style of service (Buffet, Plated, Stations, Family Style or Formal French Service) and your menu favorites, we can prepare the planning proposal for your event. The wedding catering planning proposal will contain a suggested sequence of events. This will be followed up with a meeting to discuss the table layout and to choose your tablecloth and napkin colors, to add to the ambiance of our lovely setting.
Destination Reception Planning
Rosemont Manor is a very popular venue for Destination Weddings. No need to worry about being out of the area during the planning process. Virtually all of the planning work can be accomplished by e-mail and phone. All of our documents are readily forwarded as .pdf files.
We encourage you to contract the services of a Wedding Planner to handle the scope of activities that relate to a well-managed ceremony and reception. Historic Rosemont offers the services of our knowledgeable and experienced In-House Wedding Planners or you may hire an outside, professional planner.
Beverage & Bar Service
Rosemont Receptions include our Beverage Set-up Package (Sodas, Juices, Bar Fruits, Ice and Coffee & Tea Station). For your convenience, we can provide additional beverages at affordable prices.
Reception Menu Tasting
Your Reception planning will not be complete without attending one of our seasonal Tastings. Make sure that you inquire about upcoming dates and times for this tasty activity.
Our receptions are prepared and professionally served by Celebrations Hospitality, Inc. The tastings are therefore hosted at their nearby kitchen and banquet facility. You will thoroughly enjoy yourself.
Another highlight of a Rosemont Wedding Weekend is hosting the Rehearsal Dinner in the Manor House. This activity officially starts the celebration for family and friends. You can choose from our casual menu selections, or you may host a more formal Rehearsal Dinner. We are delighted to make suggestions that would be completely different than the Reception Day Menu.
